Still not happy with the result but here is my first attempt with John K's character "George Liquor". He posted some cleanup hints on his blog and I thought it would be a good exercise to do this tutorial. Feel free to leave any comments so that I can improve my skills!

quick and dirty

After working like a horse I did this little animation to free myself from the keyboard. It was done traditionaly on paper and shot into flipbook where I did the painting as well. Some inbetweens are still missing and I will do some cleanups in a couple of days.
